Who We Are
Bath IT is a small, independent IT and web design business run by one person, based in Radstock, Bath. You can reach us at support@bathit.co.uk or 07376 947 411.
What We Collect
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the message you write. You can also leave a phone number if you want a call back, but that is optional.
That is it. We do not run tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or analytics that follow you around the web. This site uses HTTPS and loads no third-party resources that collect your data.
What We Do With It
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you hire us, to get the work done. We do not send newsletters, marketing emails, or pass your details to anyone else. Full stop.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries sit in our inbox for as long as they are relevant to your job or any follow-up. Once the work is finished and there is no outstanding reason to keep them, they get deleted. We do not store contact form data in a database.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it altogether. Just drop us an email at support@bathit.co.uk and we will sort it out.
Updates
If anything here changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not change the policy in a way that affects you without making it obvious.
